Who we are

OpenLint is a community open-source project, an API Commons effort, with Open Source Europe as its fiscal host. Questions about this page go to [email protected].

This website

Meetings and community spaces

Office hours are recorded, and the recording, a transcript and a summary are published on this site and on YouTube. If you join, what you say and your name may appear in them. Ask at [email protected] and we'll correct or remove your name or contributions from a transcript. Issues, discussions and pull requests live on GitHub and are public, under GitHub's terms.

The OpenLint tools

The OpenLint CLI and packages run on your machine and send no telemetry. They don't send your API descriptions or rulesets anywhere. The only network requests they make are the ones your ruleset or documents ask for, such as an extends URL or a remote $ref, and installing the packages from npm, which npm's privacy policy covers.

Your rights

If you're in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR to access, correct or delete personal data about you. Because we keep almost none, the usual request is about a meeting transcript or an email. Write to [email protected].

Changes

Changes to this page go through a public pull request on openlint/website, so its history is the record of what changed and when.
